Can you help us unlock a piece of local history?

During construction works at Elgin Town Hall, a time capsule was found hidden behind the foundation stone in the foyer entrance. What we do know is that the stone was laid on 29 June 1960, with the capsule dating from the same time.  We know little else about the capsule, so we need your help.
